When will the gift be ready?
Please give 3 working days notice before your gift is required. Orders placed with less notice may not be fulfilled. You will receive a pick up notice when the gift is ready.
Where do I pick up my gift?
Gifts can be picked up from Building 1 Level 20 UTSI packing table (also known as 'the brown table behind Mathilda's desk').
Can I order anything on the website?
Yes, however all requests are reviewed for suitability before the order is fulfilled - please keep in mind level of seniority, purpose, and cultural appropriateness when placing your order. We also ask that you be conservative in the number of gifts that you order.
What do the different pages mean?
To help you with choosing items are divided into different categories. These categories list suggested gifts by occasion.

Example: Order for students from Pusan University (South Korea) who are attending a UTS study tour. Need to pick up by October 23rd. No wrapping needed.
Can I personalise my order?
Engraving may be possible with advanced notice. Approval will depend upon the nature of the event and the level of seniority of the recipient. Contact internationalrelations@uts.edu.au with your enquiry.
